AsksWas that dip a trap for stops?
A full top-down liquidity playbook on one chart: daily-structure bias, a raid on a real liquidity pool against that bias, a fair value gap for confirmation, then an armed entry with the sweep as the stop and the prior-day level as the target. An AMD weekly-open filter, a reward:risk gate, and a daily circuit breaker keep it honest. Fires on closed bars only.
Plain EnglishPrice pokes below an obvious low, fills a pile of stop orders, then snaps back. This tool marks that poke as the trap it was.
Inputs and settings
Bias engineDaily pivot strength (default 2 days each side) sets how much structure a daily high or low needs before it counts. The bias is read from the last completed daily bar, so it reflects structure a few days old by design. The weekly-open manipulation filter (on) requires the raid extreme, not its close, to sit on the wrong side of the weekly open.
SessionsNew York execution window 09:30–16:00, Asian range 20:00–00:00, premarket 04:00–09:30, all Eastern. Flatten at session end is on: an open setup is closed at the last in-session bar rather than judged on an after-hours wick.
Liquidity poolsIntraday swing (3-candle by default), Asian high and low, premarket high and low, and the opposing prior-day level. Raid confirmation defaults to Close Reclaim, which requires the raid bar to close back through the pool; Wick Breach is the looser legacy behaviour. Minimum penetration of 1 tick rejects equal highs and lows.
Trap to gapMax bars from raid to FVG (default 5), minimum gap size as a multiple of ATR14 (0.10), entry at the gap edge or midpoint, and a displacement requirement: the middle candle must close in the setup direction with at least 55% body.
RiskMinimum reward-to-risk of 1.0 to arm a setup, a stop buffer of 1 tick beyond the sweep, and a hard limit of 2 entries per day. The limit is a circuit breaker, not a target.
When it fails
The bias is slow on purposeA turn in daily structure takes days to confirm, so the tool will be late at reversals. It is a structural filter, not a timing tool. Expect it to sit out the first days of a new trend.
Both-hit bars count as stopsA bar that trades through the stop and the target is recorded as a stop, because the bar cannot prove the order. The loaded-outcomes row is idealized rule resolution on the bars on your chart: no spread, slippage, commission or intrabar path.
Session levels can go staleOn a symbol with no overnight data, or after a holiday, an Asian or premarket level may be older than today. The status table says stale when that is the case.
One hour or lower onlyThe state machine needs the New York window to contain several bars. Above 1H it refuses to run.

This tool is one honest read. The engine is not their sum.
Daily Sweep Pro answers one question well. MIZAN is not this tool scaled up: its 7 validation layers are proprietary, built to agree or say nothing, fused into a single 0–100 score that blocks the weak setups before they reach you. The workbench shows the philosophy. The engine is the instrument.
