What we collect

Your email address when you contact us or submit a signup form. Your TradingView username is requested at checkout to grant indicator access. You may also send it with your order reference when requesting access help. Subscription and payment information is handled through Whop, as described below.

How it’s handled

The signup form is processed by Netlify, our hosting provider. If the newsletter moves to a dedicated email provider, your address moves with it, and every issue carries a working unsubscribe link. We do not sell or rent your address. Service providers process it to deliver the service you request.

Payments

Subscriptions run entirely through Whop. We never see or store card details; Whop’s own privacy policy governs checkout.

Analytics

GoatCounter records aggregate page views, referrers, and interactions such as billing-period selections and chart inspections. It runs without analytics cookies. The site does not send form entries or TradingView usernames as analytics event labels.

Embedded videos

The home page and chart library request YouTube thumbnail images before playback. Their embedded players load when you press Play.

Individual session pages load one YouTube player when the page opens. All embedded players use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.

Requests to the video provider include ordinary connection information, such as your IP address. Playing a video or opening YouTube may involve additional processing under that provider’s policies.

Removal and questions

Email qasim@mizanquant.com and we’ll delete your address, usually within a few days, and answer anything this page didn’t.
