Help & access

Less setup.
More time with your chart.

Getting started, missing access, or something looks off?
Here’s the path from signup to your first chart.

Manual access within six hours after checkout and receipt of your correct TradingView username.

Email QasimOne builder. One inbox. A human at the other end.

From signup to chart.

  1. Choose your edition.

Complete signup on Whop. Check the selected plan, billing period, trial and renewal terms before confirming.

  2. Enter your username at checkout.

The checkout field is required. Use your exact TradingView username, not your display name or email. If you missed it or need a correction, email Qasim with your username and Whop order reference.

  3. Wait for confirmation.

Access is granted manually within six hours after checkout and receipt of the correct username. Sign into that TradingView account. Your trial starts at checkout, so check Whop’s first-charge date.

  4. Add MIZAN.

In your TradingView chart, open Indicators → Invite-only scripts. Add the edition named in your access confirmation.

Find the next step.

I signed up, but can’t find MIZAN.

Make sure you submitted your exact TradingView username and are signed into that same account. After access confirmation, refresh the chart and check Indicators → Invite-only scripts.

If you missed the username field, need a correction, or six hours have passed since checkout and submission of the correct username, email Qasim with your TradingView username and Whop order reference. There’s no need to purchase again.

I sent the wrong username.

Email Qasim with the username you submitted, the correct TradingView username, and your Whop order reference. This helps match the correction to your subscription.

Never send your TradingView password or card details. They are not needed to grant script access.

Which TradingView plan do I need?

TradingView is required and its subscription and market-data fees are separate. Before choosing Core, check that your TradingView plan has room for another indicator on your chart.

Institutional requires TradingView Premium or Ultimate. Missing-data fallback does not bypass this requirement. Data availability also varies by symbol and feed.

Compare the editions or read the data-source explanation.

The edition or chart looks different.

Compare the edition in your Whop order with the access confirmation. On the chart, check the script version, preset, symbol, timeframe and data source. Saved layouts can retain different settings.

Historical screenshots may show older labels. In older compact views, 0.78 means 78/100. It is not a 78% chance of winning.

Check the troubleshooting guide. If it still looks wrong, send your edition and version, symbol, timeframe, and a screenshot of the issue. Crop out private account information.

What should I check after a script update?

Check the edition and build shown on your chart and read the update information provided with that release. Keep a note of your preset and inputs; a saved layout may retain earlier settings.

TradingView alerts retain the script and settings used when they were created. Review and recreate affected alerts after an update or input change. The website version in a ZIP filename is separate from the script build.

Read the alert setup instructions →. If you are unsure which build you have, email Qasim with the edition and version shown on the chart.

Where do I manage billing or cancel?

Use the Whop account that holds your subscription. Your order or receipt identifies the selected offer, renewal date and billing terms. Manage the subscription there.

If you cannot find the right order, contact support through Whop or email Qasim with the order reference. Don’t send card details.

Make the information earn its place.

Use the same familiar chart and settings. Repeat this during the trial and in your weekly review. No victory-lap spreadsheet required.

  1. Record what you saw.

Note the edition, build, symbol, timeframe, feed and preset. Compare the market read with your own analysis before looking for a signal.

  2. Explain the decision.

For a reversal candidate, record its status and score; if blocked, note the failed check. For a passed reversal, read entry, stop and target together. Continuation marks are a separate type with a target only.

  3. Review what it added.

Follow the chart outcome, including losses, and separate the ledger from your own executions. Ask what became clearer, what remained confusing and whether the information was worth keeping.

A quiet chart? Here is how to evaluate it.

Daily and weekly charts can go through a seven-day trial without a new candidate. Review earlier loaded bars to learn the labels and inspect the current market panel. Do not change your settings just to produce activity.

Historical labels can change with settings, loaded history or revised data. They do not establish when a signal was available live. Record current observations separately.
