These terms cover this website and the MIZAN tools, both the paid engine and the free ones. Using the site or the tools means you accept them. They come from QWERTY Options Inc., a California company.
MIZAN indicators run on TradingView. Paid access is sold through Whop, and the checkout terms shown there at the time of purchase govern billing, the trial, cancellation, and refunds. TradingView's own terms govern the platform itself. Paid access is granted to one TradingView username and is not transferable or shareable.
Everything here is educational software and content. Nothing on this site, in the indicators, or in the newsletter is financial, investment, tax, or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. The tools describe market conditions; the decisions, the sizing, and the risk are yours.
The tools are provided as they are. No indicator wins in all conditions, and we make no promise of performance, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Past behavior, on charts or in the on-chart tracker, does not indicate future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss; never trade capital you cannot afford to lose.
The open-source tools are published on TradingView under its rules: read the code, test it, use it. The paid engine's code is closed. Don't resell, share, or attempt to extract, copy, or republish it, and don't use the site or tools for anything unlawful. We can revoke access that violates these terms.
The writing, charts, design, and name on this site belong to QWERTY Options Inc. Quote it with attribution; don't republish it wholesale.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from the site or the tools is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages.
If these terms change, the effective date below changes with them, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
